With Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) now at 5% for properties over £1m, and 7% for residential properties over £2m, our bespoke approach is kept up to date with legislation and as a result we have provided a number of approaches that successfully mitigate the SDLT charge on the purchase of commercial premises and residential properties. Most of these solutions do not involve any vendor participation and are extremely effective.
