Qubic is a member firm and a training partner of the ICAEW. This is a universal training standard for all employers who train ACA students. This helps ensure consistency of support and training to ACA students across the world.
As well as supporting professional development, Qubic also encourages staff to get involved in less formal activities to improve team relationships, which has included various charity events such as the Race for Life and Comic Relief, as well as more social events including Go Ape, trips to the races, Go Karting and various nights out.
